Responsibility:

Conduct handover & checklist with Project & Contractor for Pre-Opening ProjectOversee daily maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and other systemsImplement preventive and corrective maintenance programsEnsure compliance with local regulations and company EHS standardsConduct safety inspections and risk assessmentsDrive sustainability initiatives and cost-saving effortsManage repairs, renovations, and CAPEX projectsCoordinate with contractors and vendorsHandle engineering-related guest requests promptlyPrepare and manage departmental budget

Qualification

Minimum 3 years in managerial position in a hospitality industryPrior experience in handling pre-opening project would be a plus pointWilling to work on-site in Tanjungpinang, Riau Islands
