Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Building Materials (Surface Solutions) role based in Surabaya. The role involves overseeing daily materials handling activities, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and movement of glass, ceramics, and concrete products within the facility. The team member tracks and updates inventory levels, coordinates with purchasing and production to maintain optimal stock, and supports materials planning for ongoing and upcoming projects. Responsibilities include monitoring material quality, assisting with material selection for surface solutions, and preparing orders for dispatch to customers or project sites. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, following safety and handling procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support efficient operations.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess inventory data, forecast material needs, and support decision-making.Candidates should possess Materials Management and Inventory Control skills to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials.Candidates should possess Material Handling skills and experience working with various building materials (including glass, ceramics, and concrete).Candidates should possess knowledge of Materials and their properties, especially as they relate to surface solutions and construction applications.Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with warehouse management systems, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards.Experience in building materials, construction, or manufacturing environments and a relevant diploma or degree in engineering, materials, or related fields is an advantage.Ability to work collaboratively on-site, communicate clearly with team members and suppliers, and manage time effectively.
