Demand Planning Staff (Fresh Graduate)

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

Analyze historical sales data and market trends to create accurate demand forecasts

Monitor stock levels daily to ensure product availability for customers

Prepare regular reports on inventory status and forecast accuracy

Assist in coordinating with the Sales team on upcoming promotions

Support the Supply Chain team in identifying slow-moving or overstock items

Update and maintain the planning database to ensure data accuracy

Help prepare documentation and data for monthly Sales & Operations meetings

About You

The company is looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field; fresh graduates encouraged to apply

0–1 year of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or related field; internship or project experience in inventory or operations is an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and Index Match; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, MRP) is a plus

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with ability to interpret data and make sound decisions under time pressure

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with Buyer, Logistics, and Operation teams
