About the Role
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
Support monitoring compliance with approved procurement policies, procedures, and workflows.
Assist in preparing, registering, and tracking prequalification (PQ) and tender activities.
Maintain prequalification and tender document templates to ensure consistency and compliance.
Support execution of prequalification and tender processes, including document preparation and coordination.
Prepare and manage correspondence with bidders, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Assist in compiling procurement records, reports, and supporting documentation.
Provide administrative and coordination support for procurement-related meetings and evaluations.
Support process improvement initiatives, ad hoc assignments, and special projects within the SCM Contract & Procurement function.
About You
The company is looking for:
Fresh graduates with bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
Open to fresh graduates and early career professionals with up to 1 year experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Effective time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn procurement and contract management processes.
Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, reliability, and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Able to follow established procedures and governance requirements while completing tasks accurately and on time.
Previous internship experience in SCM, procurement, or university organizations is preferred.
Position is open to Indonesian nationals only.
