Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

Collaborate with the LO Operations team and LO Indonesia leadership to enhance manufacturing processes through digitalization, quality, efficiency, and productivity improvements.

Monitor Tier 1 suppliers' overall performance to ensure timely delivery and high quality.

Support quality and manufacturing excellence projects and activities, tracking commitments from Tier 1 suppliers.

Analyze and propose improvements for data collection, storage, and processing methods.

About You

The company is looking for:

Students or graduates in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.

Good command of spoken and written English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Creative, proactive, and capable of out-of-the-box thinking.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
