About the Role
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
Assist in planning and executing marketing communication campaigns across social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), email, WhatsApp, and website.
Organize and execute events, webinars, and brand activations.
Create and curate content including copywriting, captions, and simple visual assets reflecting INDICO products.
Support management of the content calendar and ensure timely publishing across channels.
Assist in drafting press releases, newsletters, articles, and other communication materials.
Support preparation of marketing collateral such as pitch decks, company profiles, and event materials.
Monitor social media and campaign performance; compile weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Assist in competitor analysis, trend research, and audience insights to improve communication strategies.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh campaign and content ideas.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Design) and external partners including agencies, vendors, and media.
Maintain and organize marketing assets and documentation in a well-structured filing system.
About You
The company is looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related fields.
Previous internship or hands-on experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or social media management is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience with content and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and social media analytics tools.
A balanced perspective between creativity and data-driven thinking.
Basic understanding of branding, copywriting, and digital marketing trends.
Self-learner, ambitious, with a good attitude and excitement for challenges.
Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while being proactive and self-motivated.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Available for a 6-month internship program.
Nice to have: portfolio or samples of content/writing such as social media, blog, or campaign projects.
