Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in campus management, education management, or operational leadership.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Good understanding of academic and non-academic operations.

Ability to manage teams, solve problems, and make effective decisions.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily campus operations to ensure smooth and effective activities.

Coordinate academic and non-academic functions across departments.

Supervise and evaluate campus staff to maintain operational performance.

Ensure compliance with institutional policies, standards, and regulations.

Monitor campus facilities, resources, and operational budgets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, lecturers, and external stakeholders.

Identify operational challenges and implement improvements to enhance campus performance.
